    1. Who we are

    Cadnative Design Solution is a freelance consultancy operated by Akshay Nikhare, based in Nagpur, India. We provide Shopware e-commerce development and IMOS IX parametric furniture design services. You can reach us at info@cadnative.com.

    2. Data we collect

    We collect data through three channels:

    • Contact form — name, email address, company name, phone number, project details, and budget range. This data is submitted to a Google Apps Script endpoint and used solely to respond to your enquiry.
    • Google Analytics 4 — anonymised usage data (pages visited, time on site, referral source, device type). Loaded only after you give cookie consent.
    • Google reCAPTCHA v3 — a risk score to prevent spam form submissions. Subject to Google's Privacy Policy.

    3. Cookies

    We use one first-party cookie (cookie_consent) to remember your analytics preference. If you accept analytics, Google Analytics sets additional measurement cookies (_ga, _ga_*). You can withdraw consent at any time by clearing your browser's local storage or cookies.

    4. How we use your data

    • To respond to project enquiries submitted via our contact form.
    • To understand how visitors use the site and improve it (analytics).
    • We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing.

    5. Data retention

    Contact form data is retained in our Google Workspace account for as long as is necessary to fulfil the enquiry, typically no longer than 24 months. Analytics data is retained for 14 months per Google Analytics' default retention setting.

    6. Your rights (GDPR)

    If you are in the European Economic Area, you have the right to:

    • Access the personal data we hold about you.
    • Request correction or deletion of your data.
    • Object to or restrict processing.
    • Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
