1. About these terms
These terms govern use of the cadnative.com website and any services provided by Cadnative Design Solution (Akshay Nikhare, Nagpur, India). By using this site or engaging our services you agree to these terms.
2. Services
We provide freelance software development and design consultancy, including Shopware e-commerce development, IMOS IX parametric design, and related technical services. The scope of work for each engagement is defined in a separate written agreement or Fiverr/Upwork order.
3. Payment & refunds
Payment terms are set per project and agreed before work begins. For orders placed through Fiverr or Upwork, the respective platform's payment and refund policies apply. Direct-contract clients are subject to the payment schedule specified in their project agreement.
4. Intellectual property
Upon full payment, clients receive full ownership of all custom code and assets produced for their project, unless otherwise agreed in writing. We retain the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless the client requests confidentiality in writing.
5. Confidentiality
We treat all client project information as confidential and will not disclose it to third parties without consent, except where required by law.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Cadnative Design Solution shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services or this website. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Nagpur, Maharashtra, India.
